1. Subject Accreditation: I-download at i-fill-out ang form bago i-print, at kompletuhin ang mga pirma nito bago i-submit sa academic services office for evaluation.
2. Student Roster: fill-out the student roster to gain access for more google form.
3. Graduate Roster: Kung ikaw ay graduating student, mag fill-out muna sa google form bago mag pa-pirma ng general clearance.
